How do I fill my karma meter?
Below are a list of actions that will contribute to good karma. You need to create an account and upload a profile picture to get started. This will give your karma the biggest boost and allow you to accumulate more!
- Add an application to your profile page. Select the Applications tab on your profile page and browse and install applications that add additional features to your profile.
- Add a group of shared interest for friends in the peoplefood community. Select the Applications tab on your profile page and select groups. From here you can select an existing group to join or you can create your own by selecting create. Yes! You get good karma for joining existing groups too!
- Add a group discussion. Once you have created a group or joined a group you can create conversation topics. You get good karma for adding discussions. Replying to other groups discussions will also gain you some good karma!
- Add a new photo album and upload photo's.
- Update your profile and profile status.
- Send or reply to private messages.
- Add or edit an event.
- Add blog articles.
Can I lose karma?
You can. Repeat actions will be recognised and you will have points deducted. While we know everyone is using the site in the good will spirit it is intended. If you up load an image, remove it and upload it again you will end up where you started!
What happens once my meter is full?
Once you meter is full you will be automatically entered into our KARMA WIN! prize pool.
How regularly are the prizes drawn?
The prizes are drawn every 3 months. The website will post opening and closing times and full terms.
If I don't win does my meter go back to zero?
No. Once you have maxed out your karma meter it will stay that way and you will be entered into every draw thereafter!
